Roofing Subcontractors

One Community Construction is looking for experienced roofing subcontractors and crews to take on residential and light commercial work in the Waterloo / Cedar Falls area and surrounding Black Hawk County communities.

We have steady tear-off and re-roof work lined up and are building a reliable bench of subs we can call on through the season. This is a great fit for established crews who do clean, code-compliant work and show up when they say they will.

What you'll be doing:

• Asphalt shingle tear-offs and full re-roofs on residential homes
• Proper decking inspection, underlayment, flashing, and ventilation installation
• Keeping the jobsite clean and protecting the property (landscaping, gutters, siding)

What we're looking for:

• Proven roofing experience
• Iowa contractor registration in good standing
• Current general liability insurance and workers' comp (verified on Iowa Contractor Hub)
• Reliable transportation and the ability to start promptly
• Pride in quality workmanship and clear communication

Pay is competitive and based on experience and scope — per-square or per-job depending on the project. Consistent work available for the right crews, with the potential for ongoing partnership through the busy season and beyond.
